1.

Complete the Food Pyramid Activity.  On your worksheet fill in the food groups and the number of daily servings from each group.
    

2. Go to BreakFast and Jump to It!  Complete the activity.  Fill in your worksheet with your healthy breakfast choices.  
  

3. Go to Farmer Phil's Fun Food.  Match each food to the food group.
 

4. Let's make a pizza.  On your worksheet list the ingredients and the toppings that are on your pizza and tell which food group they belong to.
 

5. Make a second pizza.  This time make healthier choices.  On your worksheet tell why your second pizza is healthier than your first pizza.
